community. Custom homes are starting at $1,900,000 and range
from 4500-5000 square feet. Homesites range in price from
$300,000 to over $1,000,000. Homeowner's Association dues are

Golf Membership eligibility is on an application and
availability basis. Applications may be submitted to the
membership committee. The Initiation Fee is $85,000 for
property owners and $90,000 for non-property owners and is
non-refundable. There is a waiting list at this time. Monthly
dues are $510 and there is a $100 monthly food and beverage
minimum. Social memberships are also available for $8,500 with
monthly dues of $190 which includes tennis, swimming, fitness,
dining and restricted summer golf. This does not include
homeowner's association fees. The membership cap is 390.
Residential Information: Troon Village has a
wonderful assortment of residential choices from townhomes to
semi-custom and custom spec homes, as well as residential
homesites. Golf course, mountain, and city light views are
exceptional. Home prices range from $275,000 to over
