Designed, Developed, Constructed, Leased, Managed, and owned R & D, Office, Industrial complexes and Storage facilities. Held membership in several national organized and accredited real estate Organizations, Associations, Committee's and etc. Served and Chaired legislative committee's for Arizona State and National Association of Realtors with extensive lobbying experience. Owned and operated a multi outlet soft goods retail Company. Owned and operated a 3,000 acre irrigated high production farming operation in Arizona near Phoenix including the growing of cotton, grains and multi variety produce (growing, packing and shipping) commodity throughout the U. S. and Canada. |
DEVELOPMENT Developed several thousand acres from desert land into a fully improved leveled irrigated operating cotton, vegetable, grain farmland in Arizona. Drilled and developed wells for farm irrigation and domestic utility water sources. Developed 1,000 acre residential subdivision. Developed a water utility operation from start into a complete operation and on going domestic utility Company. Developed several Office Industrial / R&D complexes in the Scottsdale, Tempe Arizona area. |
CONSTRUCTION Planned, designed and constructed Mini Warehouses, Office Properties, Industrial Buildings. Designed, constructed and managed the creation of water wells, pumping plants, storage facility's, and the main line and service infrastructure for the distribution system of a twelve square mile domestic water utility system. Planned, Constructed buildings, ditches, wells, and water recovery and conservation systems for all phases of converting raw land into productive agriculture uses. Remolded, refurbished and updated economic obsolete buildings into productive properties. Designed and constructed food processing equipment for the growing and shipping of various types of produce. Remodeled and rebuilt residential properties. |
BIOGRAPHY Born in Mesa Arizona, a third generation Arizona Native and life long resident of the Valley of the Sun. I was raised on a farm in the east Valley and operated it for many years before entering the Real Estate business in 1970. Recognizing the decline of agriculture economics |

the need for residential homes and related development to satisfy the tremendous growth
that Arizona and the Valley was experiencing, I converted part of the farm to residential
and commercial lands. Finding a great deal of interest and satisfaction in the Real Estate
field I spent several years working on large agricultural projects and investor
speculation land, from small development tracts to very large areas for holding or master
planning into urban development areas. I have concentrated on the commercial and the
development phase of real estate for many years, I worked on acquisition, disposition and
consulting including the planning, development, construction and managing of quality
projects in the Industrial, Office and Commercial area. I also have been active in the
planning, development and construction of a domestic water utility facility serving a
large fast growing area in the east valley. Married to Margaret (also an Arizona native) a Real Estate Broker Selling Luxury Homes and building sites in Scottsdale, AZ. Have five children and thirteen grandchildren. Four of five children are also career Real Estate professionals. Served as a member of many Boards and various committees from Banking to all phases of the Real Estate Industry. I have at some time been involved in all phases of Commercial and Residential Real Estate. For thirty years I have truly enjoyed the Real Estate industry and the vast variety of entrepreneurs and investors that the business has acquainted me with throughout the U. S. and the International Community. The rewards of my participation and creation of such a variety of interesting and growth projects has been a very enlightening and fulfilling experience. |
