I am a fourth generation Arizona native and lifetime resident of the Valley of the Sun. I was raised on a farm and ranch in the east valley and began my career in real estate over 25 years ago when I went into the real estate business with my husband selling land and lots in our first 960 acre subdivision we were developing into residential home sites. I received my Arizona Brokers license in 1976 working primarily in land sales, new residential construction, developer land acquisitions, apartments, and large land parcels throughout Arizona and the west. My experience has afforded me the opportunities of working with various types and size of real estate entrepreneurs from throughout the United States as well as the International real estate investor.

My real estate activities led me into concentrating on the listing and sales of luxury homes and golf course community properties. In 1993 I became affiliated with the Desert Mountain Community sales organization in north Scottsdale and was instrumental in the creation and managing of their Broker Liaison program that included the areas local Brokers participation into their sales program. Their sales team with my participation was able to generate well over 100 million dollars per year in sales.

In 1997 the opportunity was afforded me to join the Troon North Properties sales organization and have recently joined Exclusive Properties of Arizona. I am now selling home sites and homes in  Troon North, Desert Mountain and surrounding areas as well as listing and selling lots, homes and providing the service of putting together and packaging for the "build-to-suit" custom home buyer their lots with a builder to finalize the realization of their custom dream home.

I served as President of the 4000 plus member Scottsdale Association of Realtors for the year 2000. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of Realtors and the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors.

I also find time to spend with my husband Darel, a Commercial Real Estate Broker, our five children and most fun ... our thirteen grandchildren.
